What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk elements for transit and railroad projects
- Lead technical and administrative staff to ensure successful execution of project obligations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to achieve financial success
- Supervise project teams and monitor the delivery of services and project controls
- Interface with public agencies, corporations, and consultants to facilitate project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Engineering from an ABET Accredited Program or Bachelor of Architecture from a NAAB Accredited Program
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning, engineering, design, construction, and maintenance of major capital projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
- At least 3 years of experience specifically in major transit capital projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn project management software

- Experience working directly with client executive-level staff
- Strong oral and written communication skills
