  Rate: $ 50 - 60/hr
  
  Role Overview:
  Seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to support a strategic enterprise initiative focused on Boomi decommissioning and billing platform transition activities. This role will lead PMO coordination efforts across cutover planning, execution readiness, governance, and stakeholder alignment to ensure a successful transition and decommissioning effort.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end cutover planning and execution activities for the Boomi decommission initiative
  • Manage integrated cutover plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and action items (RAID logs)
  • Drive governance and readiness checkpoints with program leadership and key stakeholders
  • Facilitate go/no-go readiness reviews and executive status reporting
  • Coordinate testing readiness, defect tracking support, and deployment preparation activities across business and technical teams
  • Partner with engineering, billing, operations, PMO, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and execution accountability
  • Manage stakeholder communications, meeting facilitation, status updates, and follow-up actions
  • Track execution progress, escalate risks proactively, and help remove blockers to maintain timeline commitments
  • Support project management activities related to the VNDLY implementation as needed
