- ? Agile Methodology
- ? SharePoint
- Providing relevant ideas and perspectives on process or practice improvements
- Tracking project performance
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation, project plans and schedules
- Performing quality control on a project throughout development
- Utilization of industry software and tools
- Software engineering across multi-division
- Software engineering in interface layers
- Works with advanced technical teams
- Manages across multiple teams, managing sprints (could be multiple sprint teams)
- Daily standups/scrums/sprint planning
- Develop and Manage Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) Manage requirements traceability
- ? Project team would create/manage - hand off to L&I IT QA team for testing
- Manages end-to-end testing and outcome
- What reports and deliverables will the Contractor be creating?
- RTM
- Data Flow documents
- Develop and Manage Test Cases
- Change Management Plan
- Stakeholder Management
