Must Have's:
1.Strong Traditional IT PM skills with HC experience (7+ years)
2. Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with a solid grasp of Scrum frameworks and ceremonies a basic understanding of claims processes is essential.
Strong experience managing large-scale, complex projects/programs
End-to-End Project Planning & Delivery
Excellent Stakeholder Management (Senior-Level)
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
Budget & Financial Management
Governance & Reporting Discipline
Vendor & Contract Management
Communication & Executive Presentation Skills
Change Management
Team Leadership & Delivery Ownership
Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with a solid grasp of Scrum frameworks and ceremonies
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
It would be a great advantage if the candidates have previously worked in the Aetna Claims domain. However, at a minimum, a basic understanding of claims processes is essential.About the company
