What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead large-scale projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of telecom circuits and managed services
- Coordinate kickoff meetings, customer conference calls, and manage resources and budgets
- Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders regarding service delivery and other issues
- Design and generate reports on project timelines, monitoring KPIs and SLAs
- Manage service delivery projects by liaising with service providers, customers, and internal departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Four or more years of experience in project management or related functions at a Network Services Provider
- Experience with network services such as SD-WAN, Connectivity and Access, and Unified Communications
- Strong productivity tool skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite (Visio, Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Excellent time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Technical knowledge in data network services
- Additional experience in post-sales account management, provisioning, or circuit design
