What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full project life cycle from initiation to technical support handoff for multiple major initiatives
- Prepare detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Provide leadership to project teams, motivating members to meet project goals and milestones
- Monitor and control project outcomes, resolving issues and managing changes as per the Statement of Work
- Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for expansion within the existing customer base
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of project management experience, including planning and tracking projects
- At least 5 years of experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce and enterprise software project resource planning
- Strong competency in project management software, including Microsoft Office and project management tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working for large system integrators
- Background in or with supply chain companies
- Multi-language fluency (written and verbal) is a plus
