What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop ASL/English bilingual education training content and resources based on research and best practices
- Analyze program-level data to customize professional learning experiences for continuous improvement
- Deliver professional development through virtual and in-person formats, ensuring alignment with established frameworks
- Manage multiple content development projects, establishing timelines and deliverables for high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate with educators and professionals to enhance practices and improve outcomes for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in project management, business operations, or a related field
- Ability to communicate in American Sign Language
- Strong analytic, writing, and organizational skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple activities and timelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree
- Experience working in a K-12 setting for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students
- Experience working with families of Deaf and Hard of Hearing children
- Experience as an Early Intervention Service provider
