      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, review, and track project documentation
      - Monitor project scope and quality to ensure compliance with expectations
      - Administer meetings and maintain meeting notes
      - Track project phases and construction work, ensuring specifications are met
      - Maintain project logs and files
      - Create and manage punch lists for project completion
      - Monitor MWVBR performance
      - Collect critical field information to support the design effort
      - Process purchase orders and invoices
      - Communicate regularly with the Director of Construction on project status
      - Establish and maintain productive relationships with office and field personnel
      - Read and interpret plan documents
      - Demonstrate knowledge of commercial construction projects
      - Perform other job-related duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of construction field or office experience
      - Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
      - Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
      - Attention to detail
      - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents
      - Fluency in English, second language a plus
      - Basic mathematical skills
      - Ability to lift and carry items up to 60 lbs.
      - Ability to perform a variety of construction tasks in various environments
      - Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and use a computer for extended periods of time
