What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with designers, luxury showrooms, and sales teams
- Manage orders, coordinate shipments, and track logistics for timely delivery
- Process payments and handle returns or replacements efficiently
- Collaborate with sales reps and clients to align on project timelines and goals
- Maintain organized project documentation and update CRM records regularly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales support role
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships with sales representatives and clients
- Proficient computer skills, including data management, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Location preference for the East Coast or availability to work from 8:30 AM–5:30 PM PST
- Proactive problem-solving approach with analytical skills to identify and resolve issues
- Excellent time management and follow-up abilities
