What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in RFP strategy calls to contribute insights and analyze options for pricing and strategic approaches
- Manage and interpret operational and financial data to provide consultation and support to stakeholders
- Collaborate with leaders from key functional areas to assess financial impacts and align project work
- Present findings to internal and external customers; perform reasonableness checks on data
- Develop financial models and analyze the impact of key business strategies on profitability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience with data interpretation and analysis
- 2 years of experience in project, program, and/or process management
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years of relevant experience + high school diploma or GED)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate findings and results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in health insurance, particularly self-funded insurance
- Familiarity with healthcare quoting processes and third-party administrators
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with various departments
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
