What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to project goals, objectives, and client deliverables through research and data collection
- Complete assignments efficiently and within established timeframes
- Attend project meetings, ensuring participation in reporting tasks and assignments
- Utilize standard operating procedures to conduct project assignments
- Collaborate with Project Manager and Sr. Project Specialist to ensure work accuracy and timeliness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- At least two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong command of the English language and knowledge of business terminology
- Proficiency in various computer software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations with poise and diplomacy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Coursework in Environmental Science
- Environmental work experience in property and remediation
- Familiarity with commercial property real estate terminology
