      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for customer requests, including quotes, orders, and product inquiries
      - Handle high-volume data entry for customer orders accurately and efficiently
      - Provide detailed product and service information to customers
      - Identify and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up for resolution
      - Create and maintain quotes and custom orders in various formats, including Excel and PDF

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, or service support environment
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel
      - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

      - Positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work a late shift ending at 7 PM ET and overtime as needed
      - Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
