What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform acquisition and relocation activities in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Input data into Land Asset Management Data Application (LAMDA) and ProjectWise for property functions
- Conduct field inspections and meet with property owners
- Participate in public meetings related to transportation projects
- Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
- Valid driver's license required for field inspections
- For Property Analyst 12: Possession of a Michigan Real Estate Broker Individual License
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in real estate for Property Analyst 10
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in real estate for Property Analyst P11
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with legal, real estate, mortgage, title insurance, or financial documents
- Familiarity with Land Asset Management Data Application (LAMDA) software
- Experience in a public-facing role and working directly with the public
- Previous work experience in a Real Estate Company, Mortgage Company, or Financial Institution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
