      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Supervisor, Customer Service, in managing day-to-day operational functions
      - Assist team members with customer service inquiries and provide timely resolutions
      - Resolve escalated customer issues confidently, seeking leadership advice when necessary
      - Conduct evaluations and coaching for team members to enhance performance
      - Monitor team activities, including call lengths and breaks, to ensure operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Property and Casualty Producer License required
      - Minimum of three years of call center experience or two years in Customer Service
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
      - Experience in a leadership or team lead role within a customer service environment
      - Strong soft skills, including active listening and independent problem-solving abilities
