What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide daily support for RealPage and Procore software-related issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Communicate effectively with internal users and management to escalate issues as needed
- Document all user service interactions and maintain knowledge of platform features
- Manage customer expectations regarding response times and ensure all issues are resolved
- Participate in regular training and contribute to team objectives and business planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with property management, construction, or accounting software systems
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a high-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Help desk support experience
- Prior experience using the Procore Platform
- Familiarity with ticket management software, such as Cherwell
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
