      Responsibilities

      The Property Manager oversees the daily operations of the properties. Acts as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the properties, addressing all maintenance and operations issues. Ensures tenant satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of the properties. Manages projects upon direction from organizational leadership. The Property Manager presents a positive image of the hospital to patients, visitors, physicians and the public.

      Qualifications

      EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.2. 3 years of experience in property management or related field.3. Solid understanding of lease management, property maintenance and tenant relations.4. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. #LI-MS3
