      What this opportunity involves:

      JLL is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Melbourne team on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of premium CBD assets across various commercial and industrial clients.


      An overview of the role:

      • Optimise property performance by maximising rental income, controlling expenditure and focusing on tenant retention
      • Monitor and collect rental payments and manage arrears
      • Prepare detailed monthly reports including income and expenditure variance commentary
      • Develop annual budgets and complete outgoings reconciliations
      • Coordinate leasing inspections for vacant tenancies
      • Negotiate new leases and renewals with existing tenants
      • Regularly inspect properties and coordinate maintenance works
      • Ensure compliance with Essential Services requirements
      • Maintain strong communication with clients, tenants and stakeholders
      • Review and approve accounts and invoices

      Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:

      • Minimum 3 years' property management experience
      • Competence with accrual accounting
      • Experience managing multiple clients across different assets
      • Strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
      • Current Agents Representative certificate
      • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Strong organisational and time management abilities
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
