Oversee property operations and budgets
Maintain compliance with housing programs
Manage leasing, rent collection, and resident files
Support residents and handle maintenance needs
Supervise and train onsite staff
3–5 years’ property management experience (affordable housing preferred)
Strong knowledge of HUD/LIHTC regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
CPM, ARM, or similar certifications preferred

Job Description:
Location: Westhaven Apartments located in N. Baltimore, Ohio
Part time- 24 hours a week
We’re hiring a Property Manager to oversee affordable housing communities. You'll handle daily operations, ensure compliance with housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC), manage staff, and maintain strong resident relationships.
