Position Overview

Q Bay Center is seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our on-site team in San Jose. This role is critical in overseeing the daily operations of our property and shared lab spaces, while also acting as the key liaison between our tenants, the third-party property management team, and service vendors.

You will ensure smooth tenant onboarding, coordinate inspections, manage deposits and insurance requirements, and maintain high standards in facility upkeep, lab compliance, and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility and shared lab spaces to ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support smooth facility operations.
• Manage tenant onboarding, including space preparation and inspection scheduling.
• Supervise renovation and maintenance projects, and ensure implementation of safety protocols.
• Refine and implement operational procedures to improve tenant support and facility efficiency.
• Monitor shared lab compliance (e.g., chemical storage, waste handling) and maintain critical lab systems (e.g., RO DI water, compressed air, nitrogen lines).
• Develop operational budgets, operational goals, and maintenance schedules.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in property management, engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in property or facility management.
• Experience with lab operations and familiarity with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) regulations.
• Background in innovation parks, industrial campuses, or real estate operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with local property regulations, compliance standards, and lease-related procedures.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
