  We are currently seeking a Property Manager!
  
  Property Managers are responsible for managing daily operations of the property, including supervising team members and resources to achieve established financial and operational goals.
  
  Responsibilities include:

  1. Operate the property within financial guidelines
  2. Perform daily physical inspections and coordinate with maintenance
  3. Supervise staff, manage schedules, delegate duties, resolve conflicts
  4. Interview and hire property staff
  5. Uphold AMC policies and report infractions
  6. Meet leasing objectives using proper sales techniques
  7. Handle resident requests or concerns independently
  8. Manage administrative duties and reporting
  9. Design and maintain resident retention programs
  10. Create marketing and advertising strategies for the property
  11. Ensure compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and safety guidelines
  12. Investigate and report incidents involving residents, employees, or vendors

  Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of property management experience
  2. Sound judgment and self-motivation
  3. Attention to detail and positive relationship management
  4. Strong communication skills
  5. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  6. Leadership experience
  7. Experience with LIHTC tax credits and HUD projects is preferred
