      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in property management or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality
      - Proven track record in guest relations and property operations
      - Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
      - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
      - Proficiency in property management software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA)
      - Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms
      - Experience managing properties in the United States
      - Prior experience working remotely in similar property management or hospitality roles
