Oversee all day-to-day operations, leasing performance, and resident relations

Supervise and mentor a small, dedicated team

Drive occupancy and retention by delivering a consistent, high-quality resident experience

Manage rent collections, renewals, and financial reporting

Coordinate vendor services, maintenance needs, and property upkeep

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, safety regulations, and company policies

2+ years of property management experience

Strong leadership and people management skills
-
Knowledge of property management systems (AppFolio experience a plus)

Customer-first mindset and excellent problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities
