Our Property Management Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our property management team. The ideal candidate will always be professional, exhibit strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will also display excellent business judgment, have an acute concern for customer satisfaction, and possess a strong sense of fairness and integrity as they evaluate each rental property.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and perform mid-year property surveys
• Conduct weekly security checks on all vacant properties
• Perform twice-yearly exterior surveys of all properties
• Assist Executive Property Managers and Maintenance Coordinator
• Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified
leads/leases
• Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy,
inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfactionRequirements
• Construction or building knowledge preferred
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or GED required#LI-WB1
