      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare proposals and revisions based on sales and technical team information per company guidelines
      - Evaluate incoming RFPs and confer with business development managers for clarity
      - Manage meetings to define key sponsor drivers, scope of work, and associated costs for proposals
      - Facilitate approvals from finance, legal, and operations heads, as well as other stakeholders
      - Proactively manage and prioritize multiple proposals during various stages of the bid process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS Degree or higher in a relevant field
      - Excellent writing and interpretation skills
      - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
      - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to track multiple proposals
      - Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a proposal analyst role or similar position within the industry
      - Familiarity with proposal generation processes and techniques
      - Knowledge of financial and legal guidelines related to proposals
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
