What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop pricing strategies and cost proposals in response to customer requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Analyze and mature business case analyses and cost models to support bid/price strategies
- Collaborate with Proposal Managers to establish and strengthen customer relations
- Provide support to leadership for customer audits and negotiations of cost proposals
- Operate autonomously while producing high-quality work products under critical deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expertise in Excel; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in Proposal or Program Finance
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS)
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with customers and internal teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in financial modeling, including cash flow analysis, NPV, and IRR
- Familiarity with tools such as ProPricer, GenBOE, and SAP
- Broad financial background with leadership experience in proposal activities
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and drive projects to completion
- Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities
