What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the Marketing Campaign and Proposal Manager to coordinate and execute RFP responses and strategic submissions
- Manage proposal timelines, task assignments, internal reviews, and submission deadlines to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain and update a centralized proposal content library for high-quality responses at scale
- Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt proposal content into marketing assets and ensure brand alignment
- Track proposal progress and win/loss metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience supporting RFP or proposal processes, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or government tech
- Strong written communication and editing skills with attention to detail
- Excellent project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines
- Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and executive stakeholders
- Familiarity with public sector procurement or grants management is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using proposal tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO) is preferred but not required
