What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, creating compliance matrices and structured templates
- Coordinate proposal schedules, color team reviews, and production phases to meet submission deadlines
- Ensure proposals adhere to formatting standards, branding requirements, and quality controls
- Manage the creation of compliant electronic proposal packages and oversee final quality checks
- Maintain organized digital repositories and track proposals throughout their lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4–6+ years of experience in proposal coordination, editing, or production within government contracting
- Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific procurement requirements
- Proficiency with proposal tools such as SharePoint, PMC, Deltek, and GovWin
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, communication, and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- APMP Certification (Foundation or higher)
- Experience coordinating complex color team reviews and high-volume proposal efforts
- Familiarity with federal and defense submission portals (e.g., GSA, DoD, DOE)
