What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage proposal efforts from RFP release through proposal submission
- Identify scope of services, define outlines, and coordinate with subject matter experts
- Develop compliance matrices, outlines, storyboards, and page allocation
- Ensure bids are technically and functionally compliant
- Conduct color reviews and gather feedback from executive leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A./B.S. Degree
- 2+ years experience as a Proposal Coordinator
- Minimum of 4 years of Government Contracting industry experience with a minimum of 1 year in proposal management
- Experienced in developing responses to solicitations in a similar organization servicing Federal Government
- Association for Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing presentations for oral presentations to government
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft 365, TEAMS, Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
