What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop comprehensive proposal management plans (PMP) for Federal opportunities
- Manage all elements of the proposal lifecycle, including writing, reviews, production, and submission
- Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and conduct discipline reviews
- Facilitate color team reviews and lead post-submission debriefs
- Maintain proposal records, knowledge management systems, and libraries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of proposal management experience
- Exceptional writing, editing, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and maintain quality control
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Federal healthcare proposals
- Existing Federal agency relationships
