What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate kickoff meetings to define expectations for proposals
- Develop and manage adherence to the proposal schedule by assigning tasks and responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategic messages and win themes for proposals
- Lead the creation of visual and written content for proposals, including drafting and editing narratives
- Communicate status updates and coordinate efforts with the proposal team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent
- 6-8 years of experience in planning and developing architectural and engineering proposals for government and private clients
- Familiarity with the AEC industry and regional proposal submission requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with proposal database software, specifically Deltek Vision
