What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate kickoff meetings to define expectations and align team efforts
- Identify tasks, assign responsibilities, and manage adherence to proposal schedules
- Collaborate with teams to develop strategic messages and win themes for proposals
- Lead the development of visual and written content for proposals, including drafting and editing narratives
- Communicate and coordinate status updates with the proposal team throughout the proposal process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in preparing and developing architectural and engineering proposals
- Familiarity with the AEC industry and regional/local proposal submission requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and intermediate to expert skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong project management, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with proposal database software, specifically Deltek Vision
