What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and facilitate proposal kick-off and color review milestones in accordance with best practices
- Perform detailed analysis of Advertisement, SOQ, and RFP requirements; prepare compliance matrices and coordinate tasks for the proposal team
- Communicate and follow up on technical team content development deadlines
- Review all work products, ensuring adherence to internal best practices and quality control objectives
- Collaborate with graphic designers to develop proposals and presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business, or a technical/scientific discipline related to the employer's core business
- Minimum 3 years of combined prior proposal experience, including a progressively increasing level of responsibility
- Excellent leadership, professional writing/editing, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and work in a fast-paced environment
- High competency in MS applications and Adobe Creative Suite applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience with RFP responses and section writing experience
- Exposure to architectural, engineering, design, and/or construction management services for transportation, facilities, and/or environmental market sectors
