What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the proposal lifecycle process and provide administrative support within the Responsive software system
- Craft persuasive, detailed templated proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into effective learning solutions
- Conduct learning gap analyses and review learner feedback to improve content quality
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage Learning Management System (LMS) functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, E-Learning Design, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience leading learning projects from concept through launch
- Strong experience with e-learning authoring tools, preferably Articulate 360 and Rise 360
- Proficiency with design and multimedia tools such as Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project management tools, preferably Monday.com
- Knowledge of UX/UI or learner design experience
- Experience supporting large-scale learning initiatives (400+ learners)
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Box, or similar content repositories
- Associates degree in UX/UI design or similar field
