What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Market the employer's suite of products and services to protocol teams and token issuers globally
- Provide exceptional sales and relationship management for token issuers
- Structure, negotiate, and execute agreements for protocol-specific products
- Collaborate with senior team members to generate and pursue leads, responding to inbound opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of VIP global clients through proactive communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in sales or business development within the crypto industry, traditional finance, or enterprise sales
- Strong passion for the evolving crypto industry, with a commitment to staying updated on trends
- Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple functions
- Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working without micromanagement
- Strong strategic thinking and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading the go-to-market strategy for a token launch at a crypto protocol
- Background in sales at a competing custodian, exchange, or crypto trading platform
- Previous experience at a traditional financial institution
- Experience in sell-side investment banking
