      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide training to the provider community through workshops, seminars, and group events
      - Act as a liaison between providers and internal departments to implement necessary Medicaid programs
      - Offer one-on-one billing support and conduct claim research and analysis
      - Resolve provider issues using established policies and procedures, ensuring compliance
      - Travel within the assigned region for provider visits, outreach events, and training sessions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three or more years of medical claims processing or provider billing experience
      - Working knowledge of CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms
      - Experience in researching and resolving claim submission issues and denials
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
      - Excellent communication and training skills for both virtual and in-person settings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Medi-Cal or Medicaid programs
      - Proven ability to manage multiple provider requests efficiently
      - Willingness to travel for provider outreach and training sessions
