What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance with health plan requirements related to provider certification and credentialing
- Review and streamline processes for the onboarding department
- Develop tools and procedures for auditing and reporting credentialing processes
- Manage day-to-day activity of Credentialing Specialists
- Coordinate information flow between payers, contracted facilities, and providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in managed care credentialing, billing, or Medical Staff service setting
- People management experience preferred
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

- Prior experience in a rapidly growing start-up environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with practitioners and providers
