What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advocate for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues
- Provide support to healthcare professionals via phone and chat, addressing their inquiries
- Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues to enhance provider satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently to extract necessary information for issue resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, with a willingness to learn new systems
- Typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Availability to work 40 hours per week during designated business hours, including potential overtime

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment using phones and computers
- Prior healthcare experience and familiarity with healthcare terminology
