What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform provider data management activities including data analysis and entry
- Enroll providers and practitioners into the provider data management system
- Update provider information with claims payment and directory details
- Conduct quality service checks on systemic data related to claims processing and provider directories
- Research and resolve problems as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or high school diploma/equivalent with 1+ years of data entry, analysis, or customer service experience
- Experience preferably in healthcare operations (e.g., claims processing, billing, provider relations)
- Familiarity with provider data management or credentialing in a managed care, insurance, or medical office environment
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or similar tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare-related data entry or customer service roles
- Strong analytical skills in data management
- Knowledge of claims processing and provider relations
