What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service experiences to healthcare provider partners via calls, emails, and chat
- Proactively upsell features and ensure that providers effectively utilize the services offered
- Act as the voice of the employer, creating positive impressions and resolving issues promptly
- Develop a deep understanding of the employer's platform to inspire engagement and demonstrate value
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions to uphold the commitment to making healthcare easy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or technology-related fields
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dedication to delivering best-in-class customer service

- Experience in upselling or promoting services within a customer service context
- Familiarity with digital health platforms or technology services
