- Provide exceptional customer service experiences to healthcare provider partners through calls, emails, and chat
- Proactively upsell features and streamline interactions to enhance provider experience with the platform
- Act as the voice of the employer, resolving issues promptly and creating lasting positive impressions
- Develop a thorough understanding of the platform and services to demonstrate value to users
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions to uphold the commitment to making healthcare easy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or technology-related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dedication to delivering best-in-class customer service
