      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for billing providers to ensure smooth transitions
      - Verify that all pre-employment and post-employment requirements are met in a timely manner
      - Act as a liaison between providers and both internal and external departments
      - Maintain accurate records and data in the credentialing software system
      - Prepare reports and monitor department compliance and internal metrics for quality and timeliness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of five (5) years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in a healthcare environment
      - Experience in a group practice, Medical Staff Office, or credentials verification organization preferred
      - Impeccable professional conduct and strong customer service skills
      - Knowledge of Bylaws, Hospital Rules and Regulations, and NCQA Credentialing guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in information systems or previous database administrator experience
      - Experience working in a healthcare environment with a focus on provider onboarding and offboarding processes
      - Familiarity with credentialing and payer enrollment processes
