      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage relationships with pharmacies in Puerto Rico, providing education and support on network-related activities
      - Prepare and present at quarterly pharmacy meetings to enhance network collaboration
      - Ensure compliance with pharmacy network agreements and support daily credentialing operations
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pharmacy-related matters and resolve claim issues
      - Monitor pharmacy compliance with government regulations and internal policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong understanding of insurance, pharmacy, and healthcare contracting
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a corporate environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a pharmacy technician
      - Experience in project coordination within a corporate setting
      - Strong data analysis and presentation skills
      - Familiarity with pharmacy audits and compliance initiatives
