What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accountable for the end-to-end provider experience and overall service delivery for assigned Book of Business
- Collaborate and support local market direction to enhance the provider experience
- Create and maintain individual provider strategic action plans
- Identify new opportunities and risks for providers and drive resolution
- Serve as a provider advocate and consultative resource for key matrix partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in provider relations
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using PC software and multiple systems
- Understanding of medical insurance products and associated provider issues
