What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accountable for the end-to-end provider experience and overall service delivery for assigned Book of Business
- Collaborate with local market partners to enhance the provider experience
- Proactively identify new opportunities and risks for providers and drive resolution
- Collect, analyze, and distribute provider informatics and market intelligence for strategic improvements
- Serve as a provider advocate and consultative resource to key matrix partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in provider relations required
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using PC software and multiple systems
- Understanding of medical insurance products and associated provider issues
