      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary liaison between the employer and affiliated healthcare providers for escalated and contractual issues
      - Manage relationship activities for various provider types, including hospitals and ancillary providers
      - Develop and execute issue escalation strategies and educational programs
      - Conduct onsite visits and special initiatives to strengthen provider relationships
      - Collaborate with the Contracting Manager and other colleagues to deliver superior service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Associate degree or 60+ credits in healthcare, business, marketing, education, or a related field
      - Minimum of three years' experience in a medical group practice or health insurance/HMO environment
      - Proficiency in healthcare claims and insurance reimbursement methods
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Demonstrated ability to take initiative and utilize critical thinking

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, healthcare, finance, or a related field
      - Experience in provider relations with strong communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
      - Credentialing or claims experience preferred
