  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Accountable for the end-to-end provider experience and overall service delivery for assigned book of business
  - Collaborate with local market partners to enhance the provider experience
  - Develop and maintain strategic action plans for individual providers
  - Analyze and interpret provider data to identify opportunities for improvement
  - Serve as a provider advocate, representing the employer in external communities and medical societies
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
  - Minimum of 3 years of experience in provider relations preferred
  - Previous account management experience is required
  - Demonstrated excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with pivot tables and VLOOKUP, is required
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working in a matrix environment
  - Ability to run reports and manipulate data effectively
  - Solid understanding of managed care and provider operations in California
  - Client-facing experience with providers is highly preferred
  - Strong negotiation and analytical skills
