  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage the end-to-end provider experience and service delivery for assigned accounts
  - Collaborate with local market partners to enhance the provider experience
  - Create and maintain strategic action plans for individual providers
  - Analyze and distribute provider data and reports to improve service delivery
  - Act as a provider advocate within the organization and in the community
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  - Minimum of 3 years of experience in provider relations preferred
  - Proven account management experience required
  - Strong oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills
  - Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience running reports and manipulating data
  - Solid understanding of managed care and provider operations in California
  - Ability to thrive in a matrix environment
  - Experience with client-facing roles in healthcare settings
  - Up to 25% travel within California may be required
