      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, coordinate, and implement training activities for the Provider Network Engagement and Experience Team
      - Create engaging, evidence-based training materials tailored to healthcare environments
      - Design and deliver training programs that align with contract obligations and accreditation standards
      - Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement
      - Maintain accurate training records, track participation, and report on training outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in mental health, public health, social work, psychology, education, communication, sociology, business, or public administration
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in health-related fields, social work, or education, including network operations and provider relations
      - Three (3) years of supervisory, consultative, or administrative experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
      - Ability to travel as needed to perform job duties; NC residency is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in creating and managing learning across various modalities, including e-learning and video creation/editing
      - Knowledge of mental health, substance use disorder, and intellectual and developmental disability diagnoses and service delivery
