      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Mentor doctoral students in their dissertation process, serving as chair or committee member
      - Teach courses using the Canvas platform, providing timely feedback and interaction with students
      - Maintain reasonable availability for student support outside of course discussions
      - Attend domestic or international residencies as required for teaching intensives and facilitating discussions
      - Adhere to all university policies and standards while performing other assigned duties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD in psychology or developmental psychology from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online or technology-enabled instruction
      - Expertise in qualitative research methodologies, including design, data collection, analysis, and interpretation
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office products and capable of handling electronic learning platforms
      - Commitment to advocating for student learning and development in a distance learning environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with distance learning and online education environments
      - A significant record of intellectual and professional contributions to the field of psychology or developmental psychology
      - Demonstrated excellent leadership, communication, and human relations skills
