The PTO Specialist will support clients with PTO plan set up, maintenance, and system training. This includes collaboratively with all departments to ensure prompt resolution to client needs and service inquiries with PTO policy plans set up, adjustments, state-mandated plans, audits. This position plays a critical role in establishing new client relationships and client retention, thus requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with a client-centric focus, develop practical solutions, and closely monitor open projects to closure

      Primary Responsibilities
      • Administer and maintain client PTO plans, including review of plans, new plan set up, adjustments, client training, and working directly with clients as needed
      • Liaison to help clients work with timekeeping system to ensure accuracy by putting tickets to the timekeeping system and communicating discrepancies
      • Establishes and maintains positive client working relationships; successfully contributes to high client retention rates
      • Provides client support and training
      • Audit and reconcile plans and accruals as needed
      • Analyzes clients' needs and provides appropriate system recommendations
      • Provides professional progress reports to team members within all departments as necessary
      • Represents the Engage team effectively; builds trust, credibility, and promotes transparency
      • Establishes clear, realistic expectations with clients and team members, and ensures timely follow-up or updates as needed

      Other Duties and Responsibilities:
      • Provides outstanding Client Service to Engage Clients
      • Performs other duties as required

      Minimum Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
      • Professional Employer Organization (PEO) experience preferred
      • Proficient with MS Office and Intermedial Microsoft EXCEL skills
      • Knowledge and experience using Prism HR software
      • Maintains confidentiality of all Client and employee information
      • Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus

      COMPENSATION:

      The starting base pay for this position is listed below. However, you should know that the pay rate may vary based on regional location, the candidate's skill, and relevant experience. In addition, some positions may include a form of bonus or other incentive compensation, which would not be included in this hourly range.

      Hourly Rate Range: $24.00-$29.00
